Abu Fanous

Abu Fanous is a mysterious light phenomenon reported across the Arabian desert that appears as a moving orb or headlight at dawn or night, allegedly luring travelers into remote areas before vanishing. In Arabic folklore, it is described as a supernatural jinn or ghoul, and travelers are traditionally advised to recite Islamic prayers rather than approach the light. While no scientific explanation has been confirmed, theories suggest it may be caused by natural gases escaping from the Earth's crust and igniting in the air.
