Corporations can vote in some Delaware elections, judge says

A Delaware judge ruled that corporations and other artificial entities have the right to vote in local elections under certain circumstances, rejecting an ACLU legal challenge to a charter in Fenwick Island that permits property-owning entities to participate in municipal voting. The judge applied a "one person/entity/one vote" principle in dismissing the lawsuit. Fenwick Island is one of several Delaware municipalities with provisions allowing non-human entities to vote in local elections.
