Floci: Locally emulating any cloud service

Floci is a suite of locally-runnable cloud emulators that allow developers to run AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI services on their machines in milliseconds without requiring authentication or cloud accounts. The tool is designed for AI agents and developers to safely test cloud code with zero credentials exposure, instant startup times (as fast as 24ms), and real service implementations rather than mocks. Each emulator is available as a standalone MIT-licensed binary and works with existing SDKs, CLIs, and testing frameworks without code changes.
