GNU Hurd gets 9pfs, OpenNTPD, dynamic /dev/ entries, and more

The GNU Hurd kernel project has released its latest quarterly development update, featuring experimental 9pfs support, a work-in-progress OpenNTPD port, and a major improvement enabling dynamic device entry population in /dev/ at boot time instead of relying on static configuration. Additional developments include ports of Neovim and improvements to dhcpcd for future IPv6 support.
