Missouri governor orders guardrails on Flock cameras and ALPRs

Missouri Gov. The order requires license plate data to be deleted within 30 days, prohibits vendors from selling collected data, restricts use to legitimate law enforcement purposes, and establishes penalties for misuse including criminal referral and officer license revocation.
