Mykhailo Fedorov reveals struggle to secure Patriot missiles and Western support

He emphasized that Russia's ballistic strike rates far exceed U.S. production capacity, creating a fundamental supply shortage despite a new contract with Germany for hundreds of PAC-2 missiles to arrive next year. Fedorov also highlighted structural weaknesses in Ukraine's defense apparatus, including an acting defense minister lacking voting rights in government decisions and internal corruption from arms industry lobbying.
