New Cyber-OSINT model released

A new locally-runnable Cyber-OSINT model has been released with two versions: a 26B parameter mixture-of-experts model with 262K context window trained on 6,500 OSINT/CTI instructions, and a smaller 7B model that runs on 8GB GPUs. Both models are fine-tuned specifically for cybersecurity tasks including threat intelligence, threat-actor attribution, and indicator-of-compromise pivoting, and represent actual fine-tuning rather than just system prompts.
