A developer created an audio-reactive LED display based on phyllotaxis, the spiral pattern found in sunflowers and plants. Using the golden ratio algorithm to generate points and Voronoi tessellation to create cell shapes, they designed and 3D-printed a physical structure with RGB addressable LEDs embedded in each cell, splitting the design into four quadrants to fit a standard printer bed.
