The toolkit enables communication with classic Macintosh computers and peripherals like LaserWriters over EtherTalk or LocalTalk networks, supporting file transfers, printing, and modern async software development for retro computing. It includes a GUI application with AFP server capabilities, disk image importing, and printer sharing between classic Macs and modern networks via AirPrint/IPP.
