The company is now experimenting with the "software factory pattern," which uses an agent skill to autonomously loop on broad project goals by auditing project definitions, reviewing metrics, identifying new work, and executing non-blocked tasks while maintaining fresh documentation. This approach is proving effective enough locally that the team plans to integrate it into their main orchestrated harness system.
