WangNet is a 1.8 MB neural network model that determines whether a number qualifies as "Numberwang" across 11 languages with zero dependencies beyond Python's standard library. The system accepts various number formats including digits, words, arithmetic expressions, Roman numerals, and even fictional numbers, returning confidence scores for four possible verdicts. It requires only Python 3.8 and can be run standalone with about 100 lines of pure Python inference code.
