118M Queries per Second on Neki

Neki, a sharded PostgreSQL database, achieved 118 million queries per second in a benchmark test across 512 shards holding 1.22 PiB of data, demonstrating linear scalability as the cluster expanded. The workload consisted of simple point-select queries with no writes or cross-shard operations, sustaining roughly 200k QPS per shard with p99 latency of 13.95ms at the client level.
